MY

STORY

I have always been very sensitive to other people and the world around me but as a young child I had no way of interpreting or protecting myself from what I picked up on. I remember life becoming pretty scary and confusing from very early on, and I began to experience anxiety from a young age. I grew up looking for the self-love and self-approval that I craved by trying to find it in bad relationships…..

WHAT I

BELIEVE

I believe we are souls and life is our playground for learning

I believe that there has never been a better time to awaken

I believe this world needs us to be the best version of ourselves.

I KNOW our darkest moments can also be the catalyst for our greatest learning and growth.

WHAT I

LOVE

DANCE

I’ve been dancing since I was 5, and I put myself through acupuncture school working as a dance teacher. Street Latin and Swing are my thing!

MEDITATION

I believe meditation is the most important skill we can learn. When I meditate regularly I am happier, calmer and in the flow of life, no matter what is happening!

YOGA

It calms my head, grounds me and strengthens and tones my body. I always aim to move in some way for 30 minutes of movement a day.

GARDENING

Gardening, what can I say, I love getting dirty and hanging in nature. And the taste of home-grown food is waaaay better than supermarket food.

READING

Mostly I read about consciousness or women’s health but I do love a good fantasy trilogy with dragons and magical gals that kick-arse.

DESIGN

Bliss is spending hours pouring over EVERY detail of Vogue Living, House & Garden and Country Style while sitting in the sun drinking tea..

BIO

Jacinta is a Dr. of Chinese Medicine and holds a Degree in Health Science (Acupuncture),  a Masters Degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Esoteric Acupuncture training (level 3).

She has over 18 years clinical experience working primarily in the area of women’s health and hormones, during which time Jacinta came to realise how important people’s connection to their own spirit was to healing. She has put a strong focus on teaching her patients how to use their own intuition to guide themselves to healing and happiness.

Jacinta has also studied meditation, reiki, breathwork, Feng Shui and Geomancy. She has also been stronly influenced by her own growth during meditation retreats, women’s circles and time spent on Sacred Women’s Land in the Australian desert.

Jacinta has been a guest lecturer at the Southern School of Natural Therapies and The Australian College of Environmental Studies, and been a professional source for the Australian Pregnancy and Birth Magazine.
