Who am I?
Hi there! I’m Jacinta and I have been teaching meditation, mindfulness and conscious living for over 15 years.
I have experienced first hand the powerful transformative effects of meditation and want to share this with women all over the world.
When we are struggling to find peace and meaning in our lives, we are not at our best, and I believe we need to be our best, for ourselves, our families and our world.
I designed this mini course because I see too many people wanting to meditate but feeling it is too hard or too much of a time commitment in their already busy lives.
