I’m Jacinta, and I’m super passionate about two things, educating women about their bodies (basically all things hormones, periods, fertility & contraception) and reminding them how to tune into their inner consciousness to live a happier purpose-driven life.

 

I get it, you were supposed to be pregnant by now, but your period is a nightmare of symptoms and you feel like you are single handedly supporting the Pharma industry with the amount of pain killers you are taking. Your cycle is totally irregular with a mind of it’s own. Now you’re stuck between trying to do #allthethings to help your hormones, and just wanting to relax with a glass of wine and forget about it (and hope it just happens).

 

It’s starting to wear you down but your intuition tells you that it’s not right to feel like crap each month, and you’re not buying the “it’s just part of being a woman” line. You know there has to be an easier way.
